What are your contributions to the team?
Collect, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources (ERP systems, operations, quality, etc.)
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
Identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
Deliver clear, structured, and actionable insights to operational teams and leadership
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance
Automate and optimize reporting and performance tracking processes
Support decision-making through robust analysis and data-driven recommendations
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to data management and utilization
How to thrive in this role?
You hold a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
You have experience in data analysis or business intelligence
You demonstrate strong analytical skills and excellent synthesis abilities
You have strong communication skills and can translate complex information into clear insights
You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and results-driven
You are comfortable working in cross-functional and performance-driven environments
You are proficient with BI tools (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate), as well as SQL and advanced Excel
Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is considered an asset
Knowledge of data governance or data architecture is an asset
