We are hiring a Software QA Analyst who is passionate about quality and driven to ensure reliable, high-performing applications. You will develop and execute test strategies, uncover defects, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver software that meets business and user expectations using Manual and Automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze business and system requirements to ensure testability

Design, develop, and execute test cases and test plans (manual and automated)

Identify, document, and track bugs/defects using defect management tools

Perform different types of testing such as:

Functional testing

Regression/Smoke testing

Integration testing

Performance, load and usability testing

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to resolve issues

Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing and regression testing

Maintain test documentation, reports, and execution logs

Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

Ensure adherence to QA standards, processes, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

5 years+ experience in Quality Software testing and Development

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or Software development related field

Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies

Experience with testing tools (e.g. Neoload, Azure DevOps)

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines

Experience in both manual and automated testing techniques

Strong knowledge with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright)

Experience with performance or API testing tools

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Bonus to have:Prior experience or exposure in any of the following areas:

Angular, React.js, C#, .NET, .NET Core, Java, Claude, GitHub, JavaScript

Postman, Azure DevOps, TestRail, JIRA, VS Code, Visual Studio,

Database Applications: PostgreSQL , Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL

ISTQB or other QA certifications
