Change Leader, Financial Systems Center of Excellence

As a Change Leader within our Financial Systems Centre of Excellence, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering change strategies tied to our One ERP program. You will help ensure successful adoption, standardized ways of working, and long-term value creation across system integrations and ongoing ERP evolution in a highly collaborative, global environment.

Your Role

Define and execute a scalable change management strategy for ERP integrations and system enhancements

Lead adoption initiatives across Finance, IT, and Business teams to drive alignment and engagement

Develop and deliver targeted communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans

Coordinate change readiness activities for onboarding new entities into the ERP ecosystem

Establish and manage a global network of change champions and super users

Build sustainable change management capabilities, tools, and frameworks within Finance

Measure adoption and effectiveness through KPIs and continuously improve strategies

About You

Ability to lead change management initiatives within ERP or transformation programs

Aptitude for engaging stakeholders and driving adoption across global teams

Proficiency in developing communication, training, and change frameworks

Ability to operate effectively in a complex, matrixed organization

Proficiency in French and ==English== in a professional context
