Role Description:

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements with business stakeholders and SMEs across LOBs

Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and business rules

Perform ASIS TOBE analysis, gap assessments, and support solution design decisions

Ensure end-to-end traceability of requirements through design, build, testing, and release

Partner with Solution Architects, developers, QA, an d product owners to clarify scope and drive delivery

Support UAT, defect triage, and business signoff

Required Skill Set:

Key Skills Experience years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Insurance or BFSI environments

Strong experience in requirements management, stakeholder workshops, and process modelling

Experience working in Agile Hybrid delivery models within enterprise environments

Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills
