As a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting our Finance function, you'll play a key role in attracting and securing the talent that underpins the commercial and financial success of one of Europe's leading airlines. From qualified finance professionals to strategic leadership hires, you'll partner with stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes and help shape future talent strategies.

The Team
You’ll be joining our dynamic Talent Acquisition function – a team that plays a critical role in shaping the future of easyJet by attracting and hiring the best talent across multiple business areas. We’re trusted advisors to the business, delivering innovative recruitment solutions and ensuring operational excellence across every hire.
The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll provide an end to end recruitment service, acting as a true specialist and trusted partner to your business areas. You’ll:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and shortlisting to interviews and offers, partnering with hiring managers up to Leadership level
Develop holistic resourcing and attraction strategies, ensuring high quality shortlists and strong pipelines across a range of Finance disciplines
Translate market insights, salary benchmarking and competitor intelligence into actionable sourcing strategies and provide data driven recommendations
Design and execute multi-channel sourcing campaigns to engage passive Finance talent
Coach hiring managers on interviewing, assessment, and diversity best practices
Drive operational excellence, ensuring clear milestones and consistent communication
Contribute to strategic projects including employer branding, diversity recruitment, and candidate experience enhancements
Act as a skilled negotiator to balance candidate and business needs
Promote easyJet’s employer brand through networking and proactive outreach
Build strong partnerships with Finance leaders, providing market insight and talent intelligence to support business decision-making
Requirements of the Role
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who:
Has a proven track record of recruiting Finance talent, either in-house or within a specialist Finance recruitment consultancy
Has experience recruiting across a range of Finance disciplines, from qualified accountants and Finance Business Partners through to senior leadership hires
Brings broad experience in recruitment strategies, including scarce talent markets
Is well-versed in creating operational excellence within Talent Acquisition processes
Has flair for creative, out-of-the-box recruitment approaches
Demonstrates strong relationship-building skills and can influence at senior levels
Uses market intelligence and recruitment data to inform hiring strategies and stakeholder decisions
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and embraces change as opportunity

Practicalities:
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
