This is a highly visible business partnering role where you'll work directly with Practice leadership, Partners and consultants, influencing strategic talent decisions while leading day-to-day staffing, consultant development and performance management.

What you'll be doing :
You'll lead Talent Management for your Practice, balancing business priorities with consultant development by:
Leading project staffing and resource planning across the Practice.
Partnering with Practice leadership to anticipate talent, capacity and performance needs.
Supporting consultant development, career reviews, promotions and performance discussions.
Using workforce data and insights to improve staffing, utilisation and talent outcomes.
Building trusted relationships across consultants, Partners and cross-functional teams.
Leading and developing members of the Talent Management team where applicable.
By the end of your first year, you'll have:
Become the trusted Talent Management partner for your Practice leadership team.
Built a deep understanding of your consultant population, project pipeline and business priorities.
Established effective staffing processes that balance client needs with consultant development.
Successfully supported key performance and promotion cycles.
Identified opportunities to improve talent processes using data, technology and AI.
Helped strengthen collaboration across Talent Management and partner functions.
Who we're looking for
You'll have 5-8 years' experience in Talent Management, Staffing, HR or a fast-paced professional services environment.
Outstanding relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Experience of managing competing priorities in a dynamic, client-focused business.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data, Excel and PowerPoint.
A collaborative, proactive approach with excellent judgement and attention to detail.
A genuine passion for developing people and helping teams succeed.
We'd be especially interested if you have :
Experience in management consulting or another project-based professional services environment.
Knowledge of staffing, utilisation or resource management systems (such as Certinia).
Experience leading or coaching others.
Curiosity about how technology and AI can improve Talent Management.
