Senior Salesforce Developer (Remote)

Location: Remote (Mexico)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a global technology team focused on designing, developing, and supporting enterprise Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with architects, administrators, business stakeholders, and fellow developers to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while supporting mission-critical Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Triggers, and Flows.

Create technical designs and specifications based on business requirements.

Develop and maintain Apex Test Classes to ensure a minimum of 85% code coverage.

Participate in code reviews and promote Salesforce development best practices.

Collaborate with Solution Architects, Salesforce Administrators, and business teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

Provide Level 3 production support, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement sustainable solutions.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize existing Salesforce implementations.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce Development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with:

Apex

Visualforce

Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Aura Components

Triggers

Flows

Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations.

Experience participating in code reviews and technical design discussions.

Experience using BitBucket or similar source control tools.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required).

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments in production.

Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and application lifecycle management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per month
