Wharehouse analyst

As a Warehouse Analyst, you will accuracy of the pallet inventory at our Distribution Center.

You will work #LI-onsite reporting directly to our Head ofthe wharehouse at our distribution center in Tultitlan

Main Responsibilities

You will reconcile incoming and outgoing accessory vouchers/records.

You will monitor and follow up the accessories budget.

You will manage the procurement, replacement, and maintenance of pallets.

You will train personnel on the proper use of accessories.

You will control and manage the national pallet inventory (manage from the Distribution Center; occasional travel may require, generally once a year, to both distribution centers and manufacturing plants).

You will prepare and manage reports.

Qualifications

Completed or partially completed Bachelor's degree, or Technical Degree.

We prefer previous experience; we can provide training.

Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and Macros.

ERP systems (to be developed/trained): Oracle, SCALE, WMS, OTM, and PowerPoint.

Inventory control and management, (working with middle management and supervisory levels).

Availability to occasionally work rotating shifts.
