Responsibilities:
The Opportunity
This is a temporary position, expected to last 10 months.
The Sales Admin & Ops Assoc Analyst will contribute to the CARICAM Food businesses.
The analyst is expected to keep close communication with the Sales, Finance and Control teams across the different sectors assigned to the role, which is part of the Trade Promotion Management function at Mexico Capability Center.
The TPM function is in charge of supporting the Sales and Finance teams specifically with agreements, deals and promotions that are published to our customers and consumers. This ranges from creation of events to payment and settlement of invoices. This role is mostly specific to the Settlement processing.
Your Impact
Create commercial agreements in the system
Upload provisions in SAP
Validate invoices
Process payments in the system
Create monthly balance reports
Constant communication with local teams
Providing detailed visibility into reconciliation processes
Receiving and releasing invoices in the system
Holding weekly meetings with stakeholders
Creating tracking and control files for the daily process
Qualifications:
Who Are We Looking For?
Being part of a global function, the candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in Finance, Sales or Management
SAP knowledge (desirable)
Basic understanding of selling terms and KPIs
English language proficiency (LATAM stakeholders/Global function leaders)
High level of analysis, organization and control, receiving large numbers of documents and data to condensate and produce reporting outcomes
Communication skills to connect with other analysts, coordinators, managers and directors, adapting to the business needs
