Global Marketing Program Manager
We are seeking a Global Marketing Program Manager to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Global Marketing Program Manager you will coordinate and manage the execution of marketing and communications programs globally across Marsh’s risk business, ensuring initiatives move efficiently from planning through delivery. You will provide executive level presentation support and deliver tailored reporting and insights to a range of internal audiences. This role offers strong visibility across regions and opportunities to support high profile brand moments and partnerships. You’ll also use modern martech and generative AI responsibly to streamline operations and improve decision making.
We will count on you to :
Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of global marketing and communications programs and campaigns
Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones in Wrike
Facilitate alignment across internal stakeholders, regional teams, and external partners to keep programs on track
Support integrated campaigns across channels and regions, including localization and adaptation efforts
Track content status, identify gaps or delays, and drive cross functional resolution
Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports; tailor reporting for tactical teams and executive audiences
Synthesize campaign and operational metrics into actionable insights and recommendations; partner with marketing leads to define KPIs and measurement frameworks
Build polished, executive ready presentations from scratch; translate complex data into clear, visually compelling narratives and manage version control across reviewers
Use martech and generative AI responsibly to accelerate ideation, streamline reporting, enhance presentations, and maintain brand safety and governance
What you need to have :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
3–5 years of experience in marketing program management, communications, or a related role, preferably in a large, global, or matrixed organization
Hands-on experience with Wrike or similar project management platforms and strong proficiency in PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, audience appropriate reporting and recommendations
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with limited supervision
Demonstrated, responsible use of AI and modern martech across the content lifecycle (research, ideation, drafting, editing, optimization)
Comfortable working across cultures, time zones and functions; Spanish language proficiency preferred (written and spoken)
