Job Purpose:

Lead strategically high-complexity projects within warehouse logistics operations, including site relocations, operational start-ups, mechanization implementations, process reengineering initiatives, and continuous improvement programs, ensuring proper planning, execution, stabilization, and delivery in line with scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and corporate standards, contributing to operational efficiency and overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end warehouse logistics projects, including site relocations, new operational start-ups, expansions, and closures.

Manage the implementation of mechanization and automation solutions, coordinating suppliers, technical teams, and operations.

Lead reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, cost efficiency, service levels, and safety.

Ensure operational continuity during transitions and structural changes.

Manage project plans including timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and executive communications.

Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, IT, Finance, HR, and external providers).

Define, track, and report project KPIs and post go-live operational performance.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, governance, and best practice standards.

Present project progress and results to executive stakeholders and internal/external customers.

Who we are looking for:

Degree and/or certifications in Project Management, Lean, Six Sigma, or related disciplines are desirable.

3+ years of experience in warehouse logistics operations.

7+ years leading complex projects (relocations, start-ups, mechanization, reengineering).

Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, and high-performance teams.

Experience in 3PL or multinational supply chain environments is highly desirable.

Warehouse mechanization and automation implementations.

Lean Logistics, continuous improvement, and process reengineering.

Operational KPIs, productivity, layouts, flows, and capacity sizing.

Advanced Excel skills, executive-level presentations, and project management tools.

Strategic leadership and team management

Analytical thinking and results-driven mindset

Change management and crisis handling

Executive-level communication and negotiation

Customer focus (internal and external)

Decision-making and risk management
