The Role
This is not a traditional graphic design role. As AI eCommerce Graphics Designer at Kitsch, you will transform how we create visual assets for TikTok Shop and eCommerce - combining AI image generation with professional graphic design skills to produce high-converting product imagery, TikTok Shop listing graphics, PDP assets, bundle imagery, and campaign creatives. AI should be a core part of your creative workflow, not simply a tool you've experimented with. You'll work closely with our TikTok Shop, merchandising, and marketing teams to refresh hundreds of product listings, support new product launches, and help define the future of AI-assisted creative production at Kitsch. A portfolio showcasing AI-assisted commercial design work is required.
Job Responsibilities
Generate high-quality product imagery using AI-assisted workflows, including photorealistic lifestyle scenes and commercial product composites suitable for TikTok Shop and eCommerce marketplaces.
Combine AI-generated assets with professional design software to produce polished, production-ready graphics consistently aligned with Kitsch brand guidelines.
Design high-converting TikTok Shop listing images, carousel graphics, bundle graphics, comparison graphics, and promotional listing assets.
Refresh existing Product Detail Pages (PDPs) with improved imagery and graphics; work alongside the merchandising team to improve listing presentation and conversion.
Design creative assets for new product launches and produce graphics for seasonal campaigns, promotions, and commercial events.
Execute advanced photo manipulation and compositing: background replacement, lighting enhancement, colour correction, image restoration and upscaling, typography, and layout design.
Prepare all assets to production-ready standard for digital platforms.
Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, models, and workflows continuously; share new techniques and best practices with the wider creative team.
Help shape Kitsch's AI-assisted creative workflow and improve production speed without compromising quality.
What We're Looking For
Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills; proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Figma.
Demonstrable experience using AI image generation as a core part of your everyday creative workflow - not occasional experimentation.
Strong prompt engineering skills for AI image generation and experience refining, editing, and enhancing AI-generated imagery.
Strong photo manipulation and compositing skills with a solid understanding of lighting, composition, typography, and colour.
Experience producing commercial product imagery for eCommerce or digital marketplaces.
Familiarity with ChatGPT, Claude, and Higgsfield highly desirable.
Experience designing for TikTok Shop or other eCommerce marketplaces and creating PDP imagery highly desirable.
Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent) is a bonus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional creative standards.
