We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as SMT Manufacturing Manager, based in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon (E-Systems Division).

Responsibilities

A SMT Manager manages experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.

Responsibilities typically include:

Key communication channel between the manufacturing areas and the functional areas of Quality, Planning, Materials, Maintenance and Engineering.

Ensure that production plans are met with the highest established quality standards and in the correct time.

Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams for the continuous improvement of manufacturing KPIs.

Maintain your area within the total parameters of 5S.

Actively participate in the strategic boards of “Production Forecast”, SIOP and “Plant Manning”.

Administration of production supervisors.

Assure people engagement and control Key metrics as OEE, SCRAP, and main events for customer.

Facilitate problem-solving strategies.

Motivate outstanding performance, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Education Industrial, Electric, Electronic Engineering or any related field.

Experience Requirements

Automotive and Electronic company experience preferable.

3-5 years of experience as Manufacturing Manager or related Manager areas (Maintenance, Process, Engineering or Quality).
