Supply Chain Planner and Inventory
About the role
As a Supply Chain Planner and Inventory, you will be responsible for efficiently executing the supply of materials, according to the quantities and presentation required by the production facilities, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with internal material procurement guidelines and procedures.
This position reports to the Supply Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Exploit and analyze supply plans at the SKU level to plan material requirements, meeting working capital and material supply objectives for production facilities.
Verify and control raw material inventory levels based on minimum and maximum policies, taking into account storage capacity and the raw material working capital objective.
Statistically analyze historical and projected consumption to determine the best inventory replenishment method to ensure an optimal level of service to production facilities.
Generate month-end inventory projections, considering the various factors involved (sales plan coverage, production plan coverage, pending purchases, etc.) to ensure compliance with the raw material working capital objective.
Plan, organize, and negotiate with authorized suppliers the delivery of materials in the quantities, presentation, date, and time required to ensure the continuity of our process in our production facilities.
Explore and analyze the daily production schedules of the production facilities to ensure that all materials are available, ensuring the continuity of our process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Engineering
3 to 4 years of experience
Experience in inventories, supply planning, dealing with suppliers.
Intermediate English level
