Job Description

Entender, analizar y proponer soluciones a los problemas que se presenten al negocio, coordinar las actividades de soporte de hardware y software a fin de asegurar la disponibilidad de los equipos y aplicaciones

Job Requirements

Analizar y resolver los incidentes y solicitudes del negocio.

Implementar las medidas dictadas por la empresa relacionadas con la ciberseguridad.

Cotización y compra de consumibles, equipos informáticos y pago de servicios relacionados con las actividades del departamento.

Control de activos, inventario y asignación de equipo.

Hacer un seguimiento de las acciones y asistir a las reuniones del departamento.

Cumplir con los entrenamientos solicitados por la empresa.

Documentación técnica de procedimientos y resolución de problemas.

Proponer e implementar mejoras en los procesos internos de TI.
