Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, HR documentation, and employee relations. The candidate should possess good communication and organizational skills and be able to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data.

Update and maintain HRMS and employee databases.

Address employee queries and support grievance resolution.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.

Support performance appraisal and confirmation processes.

Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.

Prepare HR reports and assist in day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive.

Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); HRMS knowledge is an added advantage.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
