Role Overview The Accounts Intern will support the Accounts and Finance team in bookkeeping, financial reporting, banking operations, compliance activities, and documentation management. This role provides hands-on experience in corporate accounting practices and an opportunity to work closely with experienced finance professionals. Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining financial records, invoices, vouchers, and daily accounting transactions. Support GST documentation, filing activities, and maintenance of statutory records. Assist in bank reconciliation, account verification, and financial data management. Prepare and update MIS reports, expense tracking reports, and financial summaries. Maintain and organize financial documents, invoices, and company records. Work on accounting software and ERP systems for data entry and record maintenance. Assist in audit-related documentation and taxation compliance activities. Support accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information. Provide administrative support for finance and accounting operations. Eligibility Criteria B.Com, M.Com, BBA (Finance), MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification. Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting compliance. Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.What You Will Learn Accounting and bookkeeping processes. Professional financial record keeping and reporting. Internship Terms Duration: 6 Months Compulsory Attendance: 150 Days Minimum 80%–85% attendance required for certificate eligibility. Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in non-issuance of the Internship Completion Certificate. Post-Internship Benefits Internship Completion Certificate.
