Position : Complaint Resolution Intern
Location : Jaipur
Role Summary Manage customer interactions, resolve complaints efficiently, and coordinate with internal operations, delivery, and quality check teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Complaint Resolution: Handle customer issues regarding late deliveries, missing/wrong products, quality defects, and payment errors.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Connect with Store Managers, Quality Check, and Delivery teams to fast-track solutions.
CRM Operations: Log, track, and update complaint data using CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
Financial Processing: Manage customer refunds, wallet credits, and replacement requests.
Reporting: Identify and report recurring complaints and root causes to management.
Requirements Education: Graduate or currently pursuing a degree (Open to freshers).
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in Hindi & English; basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Key Attributes: High empathy, patience, and swift problem-solving skills under pressure.

Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
