Lead II - Business Analysis

Role description

Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Business Analysis, with at least 5 years of proven experience delivering high-quality analysis across complex business and technology initiatives.

Lead business analysis activities for the Next Gen Loyalty Platform project, supporting the RFP, discovery, feasibility, and solution assessment phases.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and technology teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and objectives.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions to identify business needs, opportunities, risks, and constraints.

Produce and maintain high-quality business requirements documents, user stories, process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.

Conduct feasibility assessments, gap analyses, impact analyses, and business process evaluations to support strategic decision-making and solution design.

Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, prioritized, and translated into effective solutions.

Support the RFP process by contributing to scope definition, requirements documentation, solution evaluation, vendor assessments, and response reviews.

Work within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments, supporting backlog management, sprint planning, stakeholder communication, and change management activities.

Provide leadership and mentoring to Business Analysts, while driving best practices in requirements management, stakeholder engagement, documentation standards, and continuous improvement.
