Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.

Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques within enterprise environments.

Experience in integrating business processes with software applications to enhance operational efficiency.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in a timely manner.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
