Role description

Senior Java Developer - Agentic AI

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with expertise in Agentic AI to build and deploy intelligent, autonomous systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices

Design and implement AI agent workflows and multi-agent systems

Integrate LLM/GenAI solutions into enterprise applications

Build REST APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-based solutions

Ensure performance, scalability, and code quality

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices

Experience with Agentic AI / Generative AI / AI agents

Knowledge of LLMs, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)

Familiarity with Kafka, REST APIs, and distributed systems

dynamic young professionals between 5 to 10 years exp

with full stack and predominantly on backend (Java, Sprint boot, AWS skill set)

with excellent DB knowledge

Need to have good knowledge in Postgres and Mongo Db

ability to code faster with AI

Experience:

5+ years in Java development with exposure to AI-based solutions

Nice to Have

Experience in multi-agent system design and orchestration

Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop workflows

Exposure to prompt tuning, model evaluation, and AI observability
