Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capabilities.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives and technical standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Application Express (APEX).

Strong knowledge of database design and development principles related to Oracle environments.

Experience in building responsive and user-friendly web applications using Oracle APEX.

Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within Oracle APEX frameworks.

Familiarity with integrating Oracle APEX applications with other enterprise systems and services.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Application Express (APEX).

This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
