Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organised Senior Executive to provide administrative and operational support in planning, coordinating, and implementing activities across Outreach, Admissions, Student Engagement, Development (donations) and Alumni. This role supports ALCNS’ efforts to enhance its profile, attract high-quality applicants, strengthen alumni relations, and deliver meaningful student experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Publicity
Support planning and execution of local and overseas outreach activities for ALCNS Undergraduate Programmes
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive participation and ensure smooth event delivery
Coordinate event logistics (materials preparation, student helpers, on-site support, payment matters)
Work with communications stakeholders to develop targeted outreach/publicity materials
Maintain records and track participant engagement
Student Activities & Engagement
Support Nursing SubClub and student events, house/community involvement projects, student exchange programmes and study trips
Coordinate student enquiries, sign-ups/registrations and participation tracking
Support risk management and compliance requirements (e.g., safety protocols, permits) in coordination with relevant officers
Collect and analyse feedback; prepare post-event reports and recommendations
Admissions Support
Coordinate and support admissions-related engagement activities (for faculty, prospective students and parents)
Provide timely responses to stakeholders including faculty, external interviewers and applicants
Maintain accurate and confidential records
Development, Donations & Alumni Support
Provide administrative support for donation-related processes (e.g., account creation upon receipt of donations)
Maintain records of gift pledges and administration of named bursaries/scholarships/medals/prizes
Support periodic reporting and alumni communications (e.g., Nursing Alumni EXCO dissemination)
Operational Support
Support department events and strategic initiatives
Contribute to business continuity planning (e.g., SOP writing) and process improvement/digitalisation efforts
This is a 1-year contract position. Renewal will be subject to organisational needs and performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
1-3 years of relevant experience in higher education administration, marketing, student affairs, or admissions
Strong organisational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and collaborative; comfortable working with diverse stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
