Responsibilities
The position will work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive business strategy, strategic planning, and key projects. This role combines strategies , analytics , andchief of staff responsibilities, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives and effective communication across the firm.
Business Strategy : Support the CEO in defining and refining the firm‑wide strategy, including market entry, product expansion, and competitive positioning.
Strategic Planning : Lead annual planning cycles, track KPIs, and prepare board/partner updates.
Project Management : Drive cross‑functional projects (new product launches, operational enhancements, AI-technology adoption).
Chief of Staff Support : Act as a trusted aide to the CEO, coordinating priorities, managing follow‑ups, and ensuring execution discipline.
Executive Communication : Draft presentations, investor updates, and internal communications for senior stakeholders.
Market Intelligence : Research industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform decision‑making.
Operational Oversight : Partner with Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements
Degree holder with a total of 4–8 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Chief of Staff, Business Management, or related professions
Industry experience from asset management, hedge fund, investment banks, or global financial institutions
Go above and beyond - anticipate needs, proactively solve problems, and build systems that ensure execution excellence
Proactively apply AI tools to real business problems and day-to-day
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
Good command of spoken and written English
