Job Description
Handle the leasing of the 150 vending machines on campus and bring in innovative vending campus to enhance campus life.
Plan and organize promotional campaigns, bazaar and bring in food truck vendors, etc to increase awareness and drive crowd to the retail and dining outlets.
Handle booking of the digital panels and study pods in the canteen.
Handle coordination for all special events and visits by external parties.
Organize yearly retreat, training and team bonding sessions.
Implement and execute strategic communication plans that help to drive and support key business priorities.
Send out monthly circular and posting on social media and track postings on social media and flag out any abnormalities.
Review feedback and queries from NUS community and ensure all the queries are addressed promptly and propose areas for improvement to close communication gaps.
Review and do regular updating of websites.
To put up yearly office operating budget and monitor all expenses closely and report any variances.
Assist to monitor the operating budget for other divisions on a monthly basis and do reporting when needed.
Assist to consolidate monthly reports for Senior Management.
Minutes taking during monthly meeting and quarterly meeting with Senior Management.
To do post-mortem analysis for events and campaigns and present on results and areas for improvements.
Qualifications
Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the marketing, office admin and communications and related field.
A team player with good interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task, plan, organise and resolve issues.
Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
Outstanding writing and editing skills and able to communicate fluently and effectively.
Working knowledge of design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) or similar programs.
Familiarity with social media and blogging platforms such as Telegram, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Ability to plan and implement campaign and initiatives to meet targets and goals.
