About the role
Our established client within the public healthcare cluster is looking to hire an experienced Communications Manager to join their team!

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated communications plans and campaigns across various platforms, including internal, external, digital, and social media.
Champion the consistent application of branding across all communications and engagement activities.
Provide strategic communications counsel and support to programme leads and stakeholders on key initiatives.
Create and lead the development of diverse content and communications materials, such as speeches, presentations, newsletters, and digital content.
Support leadership in messaging, media opportunities, and preparation for speaking engagements.
Monitor and assess communication outcomes to enhance future initiatives.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement initiatives and ensure alignment of messaging and timelines across various stakeholders.
Organize forums, events, and campaigns to promote collaboration and awareness.
Develop patient-facing communications and collaborate with teams to improve patient experiences and touchpoints.
Support strategic planning and communications readiness for program expansions and new initiatives.
Identify risks and opportunities in communications to bolster awareness and engagement.
Manage multiple projects and communication deliverables effectively, contributing to building scalable processes as the program evolves.
Requirements:
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in communications, engagement, branding, or related areas.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Basic knowledge of digital content creation and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
Experience in the healthcare sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
