About the role
Job Function: Sales The role:
Partner & Sales Coordination
Support account managers with partner follow-ups and communications
Maintain CRM hygiene, sales pipeline updates, and partner information
Coordinate internal communications between sales, presales, operations, and partners
Assist in partner onboarding and account support processes
Subscription Renewal Management
Monitor Microsoft subscription renewal schedules and timelines
Send renewal reminders and conduct follow-ups with PAMs
Track renewal progress and maintain accurate renewal records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely renewal processing
Reporting & Business Operations
Support sales tracking, forecasting, and reporting activities
Assist in analyzing sales trends, renewal performance, and partner engagement metrics
Prepare dashboards and reports for internal business reviews
Support data cleanup and process improvement initiatives
Marketing & Partner Engagement
Support partner campaigns, webinars, and marketing activities
Assist in preparing presentation materials and engagement reports
Coordinate and support internal or partner-facing webinars
Track post-event engagement and follow-ups with partners and PAM
Continuous Improvement Support
Participate in projects to improve partner engagement and operational efficiency
Assist in workflow documentation and process optimization initiatives
Create and maintain internal and external documentation to support business operations
What we need to see from you:
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration
Excellent written & verbal skills.
0-1 year’s experience
Proficiency/knowledge of MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat
