Job Description:
Generate and qualify new business leads to the client base
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and tailor proposals
Prepare and present proposals to convert prospects into clients
Own client relationships by conducting regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure satisfaction and retention
Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services to increase revenue
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field
At least 4-5 years of experience in business development, account management, and/or B2B sales, preferably within the professional or outsourced services industry
Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate proposals and influence stakeholders
Ability to work independently and confidently discuss commercial proposals
Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
Self-discipline, sales-oriented and time management
Compensation:
Working location: Central, Singapore
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 530pm
Variable allowance
Sales commission and Account growth incentive
