Laboratory Technician, Experienced

Misión

Formar parte del equipo de Procesos dando soporte a las actividades de fabricación en entorno industrial, contribuyendo al análisis y optimización de procesos productivos. El rol participará en el escalado de fórmulas, gestión de no conformidades y soporte a nuevos lanzamientos, trabajando de forma transversal con laboratorio, producción y equipos de ingeniería. Además, contribuirá a la mejora continua y a la eficiencia operativa de la planta.

Responsabilidades

Apoyar el escalado de productos desde laboratorio a planta.

Analizar incidencias y no conformidades, proponiendo acciones de mejora.

Colaborar con producción, calidad y mantenimiento en la resolución de problemas.

Participar en el seguimiento de lanzamientos y primeras producciones.

Crear y mantener instrucciones de proceso y recetas de fabricación.

Impulsar iniciativas de optimización y estandarización de procesos.

Requisitos

Grado en Ingeniería Química, Química o similar.

Valorable nivel de inglés B2.

Conocimientos básicos de procesos industriales o fabricación.

Capacidad analítica y orientación a la resolución de problemas.

Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

Se valorarán conocimientos en Lean, laboratorio o herramientas de datos.
