Business Relationship Manager (BRM) – Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSHC)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to join a global technology consulting organization supporting strategic clients within the Life Sciences & Healthcare industry.

This is a highly consultative, client-facing role focused on building executive relationships, growing strategic accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and partnering with delivery teams to ensure successful client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage executive relationships with Life Sciences & Healthcare clients.

Drive account growth through hunting and farming activities.

Identify new business opportunities and existing accounts.

Act as a trusted advisor to client executives and business stakeholders.

Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to develop technology solutions.

Lead executive business reviews and strategic account planning sessions.

Monitor customer satisfaction, project performance, and overall account health.

Support digital transformation initiatives across Cloud, Data & Analytics, AI/GenAI, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Applications, and Managed Services.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Business Relationship Management, Client Partner, Account Management, Business Development, Consulting, or Delivery Management.

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting clients within the Life Sciences & Healthcare industry.

Strong experience managing enterprise accounts and executive stakeholders.

Proven success driving both new business (hunting) and account expansion (farming).

Experience working with healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, biotechnology organizations, medical device manufacturers, or digital health companies.

Strong executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Working knowledge of Cloud, AI, Data & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Enterprise Applications, or Digital Transformation services.

Bachelor's degree required. MBA is a plus.

Advanced English communication skills.
