This position is responsible for the strategic management of key accounts for the Company in a complex and competitive landscape, where commercial decisions are fragmented among a diversity of stakeholders but witnessing the consolidation of chains. The mission is to develop long-term partnerships with strategic clients mainly but not only chains owners- by offering them solutions, services and commercial frameworks that will be tailored to their needs. The position must have a global view of the business and each account and bring forward value adding propositions.

Your day at Ferring

Account Leadership: Own and manage a portfolio of priority fertility clinics, including top accounts, national networks and PE-backed groups.

Executive Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives (CEOs, CMOs, CFOs) and senior clinical leaders to position Ferring as a strategic partner.

Strategic Negotiation: Lead complex commercial discussions, negotiate pricing and service agreements, and influence decision-making across clinical and business stakeholders.

Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including new services, product adoption, and partnership models.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, Marketing, and Operations to tailor solutions and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Account Planning & Reporting: Develop and execute strategic account plans. Track progress, manage risks, and report on key metrics to internal stakeholders.

Behind our innovation…There’s you

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, life sciences, or healthcare-related) preferred.

10+ years in account management, business development, or sales, ideally in the fertility, pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare services space.

Proven experience engaging and influencing C-level executives.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Self-starter with strategic thinking and strong business acumen and strong financial acumen

Familiarity with pharma regulatory/legal framework is desired

Proficient in English
