POSITION SUMMARY
KKR is seeking a Middle Office Operations professional for its Global Investment Operations Team based in the Dublin office. This individual will work and collaborate with the global operations team, as well as employees in other functions and businesses at the firm. This role is a unique opportunity to become part of an evolving and strategic function dedicated to "best-in-class" operations management practices to support our global business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee preparation and review of GAV/NAV and regulatory reporting
Provide governance oversight for daily cash and position reconciliations
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between internal systems and trustees/custodians
Manage and optimize relationships with external service providers
Record and maintain all lifecycle transactions, capital activity, and borrowings in internal systems
Deliver timely, accurate support to external clients and internal stakeholders
Drive transformation initiatives focused on automation, scalability, and operational efficiency
Lead operational governance frameworks and control enhancements
Undertake ad hoc project work and mentor junior team members
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
10+ years of fund accounting experience within asset servicing environment
Strong background in fund administration or operations (credit/asset management, private equity/infrastructure fund industry experience preferred)
Deep knowledge of GAV/NAV calculation on fund vehicles and/or Fund of Fund experience
Proven leadership experience with ability to operate independently and think critically
Client-facing exposure with strong stakeholder management capabilities
Track record of driving transformation (automation, process improvement, efficiency gains)
Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Advent Geneva system
Credit and Private Equity fund structures expertise
