About the team and the role
We are seeking a dedicated Security Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our dynamic team in Dublin. This role is pivotal as we into newly acquired business areas. You will lead high-quality security programs and integration efforts across acquired companies. You will ensure that applications, infrastructure, and vendor ecosystems strictly follow eBay’s corporate information security standards, policies, and industry guidelines. You will work with engineering, IT, compliance, legal, and business teams, serving as the main link between the security organization and acquired businesses to support secure and efficient integration.
What you will accomplish
Manage security efforts involving applications, infrastructure, and third-party vendors, maintaining adherence to corporate security policies and industry standards.
Drive security integration initiatives, including vendor security reviews, IAM/SSO onboarding, and identity lifecycle integrations.
Coordinate infrastructure hardening across cloud and on-premises environments to strengthen security posture.
Collaborate with engineering, IT, compliance, legal, and business groups to integrate security throughout the product and infrastructure lifecycle.
Coordinate security design reviews for major applications, new features, and product releases, helping identify and address security risks early.
Support vulnerability management, bug bounty program integration, PCI audit activities, and CSPM onboarding to improve continuous security monitoring and compliance.
Track program progress, risks, and outcomes, and communicate updates and recommendations to both technical and business collaborators.
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a relevant role.
5+ years of program or project management experience focused on information security or infrastructure security.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2.
Experience delivering security initiatives in areas including IAM/SSO, cloud security, vendor risk management, vulnerability management, or infrastructure hardening.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage competing priorities, and deliver projects successfully.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical security concepts to a range of collaborators.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CSPM tools, bug bounty or vulnerability management platforms, M&A integrations, and security or project management certifications (including CISSP, CISM, CISA, PMP, CCSK, or CCSP) is a plus.
