We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our EMEA marketing team. Reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Manager EMEA, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of regional marketing strategies, product launches, campaigns and events across the EMEA zone. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a scientific background and a strong interest in marketing who wants to grow in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Execution & Campaigns

Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns across EMEA, including trade shows, conferences, seminars and webinars

Assist with product launches, ensuring timely coordination of materials and communications across all relevant stakeholders

Liaise with sales teams, distributors and the global marketing team to align on promotional materials, lead generation activities and collateral needs

Content & Communication

Support content creation

Assist with internal communication initiatives

Help translate complex technical content into clear, compelling marketing messages for diverse audiences

Market Intelligence & Analysis

Collect, analyse and compile market intelligence, including trends, competitor activities, new product launches and success stories

Share insights with the regional marketing team to inform strategy and campaign planning

Operations & Administration

Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of projects

Contribute to project tracking, reporting and follow-up to meet deadlines across multiple concurrent initiatives

Travel up to 10% of the time for internal meetings and event support

Requirements:

Education:

Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry or a related scientific field (engineering school or university)

Additional marketing qualification is a strong advantage

Dual qualification in science and marketing is highly valued

Experience:

1–2 years of experience in ingredient supply/distribution, preferably in cosmetics, personal care or life sciences

Previous experience in marketing coordination, product marketing or a related role preferred

Additional skills:

Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite

Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)

Strong organisational and project management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

Comfortable working in multicultural, international environments
