Aufgaben

Anforderungsanalyse und Prozessoptimierung für InfraMaps, einschließlich der Leitung von Entwicklungsteams und Qualitätssicherung, unter Anwendung von SAFe und Geoinformationssystemen (GIS).

Muss-Anforderungen

Erfahrung als Team Lead einschließlich der fachlichen Steuerung von Entwicklungsteams sowie der Verantwortung für Architektur-, Entwicklungs- und Qualitätsentscheidungen (ab 5 Jahre)

Erfahrung im Umgang mit Geoinformationssystemen (GIS) und Infrastrukturdaten einschließlich Analyse, Pflege und Visualisierung georeferenzierter Datenbestände im Kontext der Eisenbahn (mindestens 1 Referenz)

Nachweislich Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung bei Eisenbahninfrastrukturunternehmen (EIU) (mindestens 1 Referenz)

Zertifikat "Certified SAFe Agilist"

Zertifizierung als Product Owner (PSPO I)

Soll-Anforderungen

Erfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement einschließlich Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Softwareentwicklungsprojekten unter Anwendung agiler Methoden und Frameworks (ab 5 Jahre)

Erfahrung im Bereich User Research einschließlich der Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung qualitativer und quantitativer Untersuchungen zur Identifikation von Nutzerbedürfnissen und Optimierung digitaler Produkte (ab 5 Jahre)

Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Design-Thinking-Methoden zur Analyse komplexer Problemstellungen sowie zur Entwicklung nutzerzentrierter fachlicher und technischer Lösungsansätze (ab 5 Jahre)
