ING Wholesale Banking Germany is the corporate banking segment of ING Germany.Through our Early Career Group (ECG) Graduate Programme, you will gain hands-on experience from day one and play an active role in our business. Your home base will be the Asset Securitisation team. Following 12 months in your home base, you will have the opportunity to broaden your experience through training and rotations across other departments within the Capital Markets & Advisory platform.

ASec is a core product area within ING’s Capital Markets & Advisory platform. We structure and arrange securitisation transactions for leading European corporates, financial institutions and asset originators across a broad range of asset classes. We operate in a highly collaborative, cross-border environment and work closely with colleagues across multiple European locations.

Your Tasks

Your journey begins in our ASec team as part of the Early Career Group (ECG), where you contribute to the structuring and execution of securitisation transactions for leading European corporates, financial institutions and asset originators across a variety of asset classes. Thereafter, you have the opportunity to rotate into other business areas.

From day one, you are a fully integrated member of our deal teams, supporting day-to-day activities, including live transactions and client mandates, while learning alongside experienced colleagues at every stage.

Working closely with senior structurers, you gain exposure to the full lifecycle of a securitisation transaction – from client origination and structuring through execution and investor engagement to ongoing transaction monitoring.

You soon take ownership of clearly defined analysis workstreams and contribute to the successful execution of complex securitisation transactions.

Your analytical skills and attention to detail are put to use in preparing pitch books and marketing materials for both internal and external stakeholders, as well as analysing portfolio and performance data relating to ABS and RMBS portfolios.

You stay up to date on market developments, preparing market, pricing and investor updates, as well as presentations and analyses for internal committees, senior management and client meetings.

Throughout, you uphold ING Germany’s high qualitative and ethical standards, actively contributing to the preservation of our strong reputation.
