Role: DevSecops Business Analyst

Location- Princeton, NJ- 100% ONSITE FROM DAY 1

Duration: 6 months

Experience Required: 10 & Above

Role Descriptions: Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with engineering| platform| and InfoSec teams to gather and document requirements for DevSecOps initiatives.

2. Translate business needs and security requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.

3. Support definition of DevSecOps processes including CI/CD| security integration| and developer workflows.

4. Analyze current tooling landscape and identify gaps| redundancies| and improvement opportunities.

5. Support toolchain rationalization initiatives and documentation of approved tools and standards.

6. Assist in defining governance frameworks including access controls| compliance requirements| and audit processes.

7. Work with architects and engineers to define user journeys| workflows| and system interactions.

8. Support development of documentation including BRDs| FRDs| user stories| and process flows.

9. Facilitate workshops| stakeholder meetings| and requirement validation sessions.

Essential Skills:

1. Strong understanding of DevSecOps| CI/CD pipelines| and developer experience platforms.

2. Good knowledge of secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) and governance frameworks.

3. Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for platform and tooling implementations.

4. Understanding of developer tooling ecosystems including CI/CD tools| security tooling| and cloud platforms.

5. Ability to translate security and compliance requirements into functional and business requirements.

6. Strong exposure to Agile methodologies and working with cross-functional engineering teams.

7. Familiarity with metrics such as DORA metrics and developer productivity measurements.

8. Experience in stakeholder management across engineering| InfoSec| and platform teams.

9. Strong analytical| communication| and documentation skills.

Compensation

This Other role pays $40k-$45k/yr. Within typical range for other roles in United States.
