The Role
Lead complex national and international projects within the Project Management Office (PMO).
Contribute to the integration and further development of project control.
Be responsible for project acquisition and tender management (national/international).
Actively support innovation processes.
What You'll Need
Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Civil Engineering, Geotechnics, Mining, or similar.
Several years of relevant professional experience and an engineering background in construction/mining or similar.
Proven experience in leading interdisciplinary (large-scale) projects.
Good IT skills (MS Office, Project, Arriba or comparable applications).
Strong communication skills in a project environment, including in English.
Self-initiative, team spirit, customer-friendliness, and reliability.
