QA Analyst - LATAM

Locations: (Mexico City - Hybrid, Brazil - Remote)

We're seeking an QA Analyst to own the end-to-end quality assurance strategy for Sokin’s technology ecosystem and shift it left into the engineering team, ensuring world-class standards in reliability, performance, and scalability. This role requires deep technical competence, hands-on automation expertise, and the ability to embed quality into the culture of rapid fintech delivery.

You will be responsible for validating the quality, reliability, and performance of Sokin’s platform. Working within an automation-first QA function, this role ensures that every product release meets the highest standards before reaching our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Execute manual and automated test cases across mobile, web, and backend systems.

Design, maintain, and optimize test plans, test cases, and test data.

Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand business logic and acceptance criteria.

Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.

Participate in sprint planning and support QA activities across the Agile lifecycle.

Support the implementation and expansion of automated test coverage in CI/CD pipelines.

Perform regression, functional, UI, and API testing as required.

Contribute to performance and security validation processes.

Generate detailed test execution reports and release readiness summaries.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in QA or test automation

Ability to design, implement, and manage automated testing solutions in complex environments.

Strong proficiency with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Cypress and JMeter, Gatling or Artillery.

Deep understanding of testing messy monoliths and microservices architectures, APIs, and mobile applications.

Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent).

Proficiency in AWS or similar cloud environments.

Demonstrated leadership in scaling QA functions across multiple delivery teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

Fintech or regulated industry experience preferred.
