Requirements

Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience designing, building, and maintaining responsive, performant web applications using React and TypeScript.

Core Frontend Skills: At least 5+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

Backend Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience building scalable RESTful APIs using Java 17+ and Spring Boot within a microservices architecture.

Database & Storage: Proven experience working with relational databases and writing efficient SQL (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).

State Management: Experience with state management libraries; exposure to MobX reactive patterns, observables, and computed values in large-scale applications is a major plus.

Architecture & UI: Ability to architect reusable, well-tested component libraries, design systems, and integrate UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable code.

Code Quality: Modern software development habits: writing well-documented code, championing code quality through peer reviews, and identifying/resolving end-to-end performance bottlenecks or bugs.

Tools & Workflow: Proficient with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, GitLab) and comfortable working within Agile/Scrum environments using Jira.

Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; highly motivated team player who thrives when working independently.

Mentorship & Innovation: Willingness to mentor junior developers and stay up to date with emerging trends across both the Java and JavaScript ecosystems.

You Will

Take full ownership of features, act as an individual contributor, delivering high-impact code across both front-end and back-end repositories.

Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
