The Role

Key Accountabilities

Build and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Deliver end-to-end campus/early careers recruitment with strong advisory support and on time delivery.

Lead discussions on attraction strategies and align hiring approaches with market insights and business needs.

Collaborate with leads & managers to strengthen stakeholder relationships through consistent engagement.

Track recruitment funnel metrics to identify gaps and proactively implement solutions.

Work with campus recruitment teams to deliver high-quality shortlists through to Assessment Centre completion.

Drive an exceptional candidate experience, from interview and assessment stages through onboarding, partnering with onsite coordinators and offshore teams.

Maintain accurate and real-time updates of candidate pipelines and requisition statuses across all systems and trackers.

Skills & Requirements

Key Responsibility (Non-Negotiable):

Mandatory experience in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) + Early Career Campus Hiring (ECC).

Must be open to working from the client site in BKC, Mumbai.

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience with strong specialization in Campus / Early Careers hiring.

Strong understanding of talent attraction strategies and early‑career engagement initiatives.

Proven experience in volume hiring with the ability to manage high-intensity recruitment pipelines efficiently.

Ability to deliver quality outcomes with strong compliance while working under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective candidate and business engagement.

Proactive, approachable, and driven mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities.

Strong data management and reporting skills; Excel proficiency is essential.

Hands-on experience with ATS tools, recruitment systems, and digital hiring platforms.

Experience in managing campus events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
