Vos missions au quotidien

As a Lead Frontend Developer, you will develop innovative front-end applications using a modern tech stack and help other front-end developers grow through coaching, mentoring, and pair programming.

You will be responsible for:

Developing frontend applications using React-based stack: hooks, React Query or Redux, Storybook.

Contributing to the in-house React component library.

Supporting the Ayvens developer community by giving talks on the company's internal meetups,

Advocating for the best practices in development,

Monitoring production workloads (we use Datadog),

Developing people through coaching, mentoring, and management support.

Your background and skills

We are looking for someone with a strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, as well as

Experience working with RESTful APIs.

Experience with GitLab CI/CD, git and automated testing.

Confidence to speak up when you think something can be done better or smarter and the ability to accept compromises when necessary.

The ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

An agile mindset and experience with Scrum or other methodologies.

We work in cross-disciplinary scrum teams, united by business domains. We ensure code quality with peer reviews and automated testing. We have a vibrant community of Frontend developers; expect to attend internal events where you will learn and share knowledge about all things frontend.
