About Team
You will be part of Sea’s HQ Finance department, which plays an integral role in supporting the accounting and finance needs of our three core businesses (Garena, Shopee, Monee) and across our diverse regional market presence. Within the department, the Data & Systems function is responsible for the development, implementation, integration, and maintenance of enterprise finance applications, enabling efficient and scalable operations through robust system solutions.. You will support the day-to-day operations of enterprise resource planning applications and related finance systems across the organization.
Job Description
Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders on ERP-related queries, issues, and service requests.
Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and structured problem-solving.
Support and maintain finance systems, including ERP system (Oracle EBS R12) and other inhouse applications, covering configurations, setups, and user access management.
Maintain user-level and technical documentation; document system changes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Assist in the development and enhancement of finance systems - including robust testing of new functionality, processes, and setups - and prepare sign-off documentation.
Work with Finance teams to clarify business requirements, map them to system capabilities, and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Participate in and occasionally lead project workstreams; coordinate with Finance and IT stakeholders, and keep relevant parties informed of progress.
Identify and propose system improvements or solutions for current and future requirements using existing or emerging tools.
Support audit-related activities including SOX ITGC and ITAC compliance tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accountancy, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimally 1 year of experience in a similar role supporting ERP, EPM, or BI systems is preferred; graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered.
Knowledge in programming language (e.g. SQL, VBA, and Python) is a plus.
Showcases ability to quickly grasp both finance and technical concepts; comfortable with on-the-job learning.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functional and business teams.
Excellent communication skills with ability to grasp complex concepts and communicate internally with all stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Self-driven and able to work independently when needed, while being a reliable team contributor.
