Work you'll do

You will work with our practice leaders and professional consultants as a team to solve complex business problems and deliver high quality solutions to our clients on areas including but not limited to:

Digital Transformation and Intelligent Automation

Insurance Analytics

Financial reporting

Embedded value

Actuarial modeling

Merger & Acquisition

Market entry strategy

Market research

Asset-liability management

Product development and pricing

Risk management

Actuarial audit

Solvency / Economic Capital Management

Requirements

If you are someone with:

Bachelor degree or above with strong academic credentials.

Qualified or committed to obtaining fellowship qualification of an internationally recognized actuarial organization is encouraged.

Minimum 8 years relevant insurance and actuarial experience in life and general insurance markets.

Proven experience in managing a project stream and presenting to key internal and external stakeholders.

Good all-round consulting skills, either within a consulting environment or an internal consulting team.

The ability to provide excellent client service, manage and build strong relationships both internally and externally, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating operations with technology skills.

Good project management skills, plus natural intellectual curiosity, and problem-solving drive.

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence.

The ability to develop good working relationships with the team.

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Travel mobility.
