About the Role Axionis Marketing Solutions is expanding its campaign team and is looking for a Business Development Associate to support business development support and lead generation. This role is designed for someone who wants practical workplace exposure, enjoys speaking with people, and is open to learning through real customer interactions. You will receive practical guidance before and during campaigns, allowing you to build confidence gradually while learning how to communicate with different types of customers. You will not be expected to know everything from the beginning. The role is built around learning through practice, feedback, and campaign exposure, so consistency and coachability are important.
In this position, you will be involved in customer conversations, campaign support, brand representation, and promotional activities. The role is practical and hands-on, giving you the chance to learn communication techniques, customer service habits, and basic sales presentation through real campaign exposure.
Key Responsibilities - Participate in team discussions to improve campaign performance - Coordinate with teammates to manage busy campaign periods - Take part in training sessions and apply feedback on the ground - Maintain consistency in customer service and presentation - Assist with event coordination and customer traffic flow
