We are seeking a high-performance, commercially driven Regional Channel Sales Manager (Channel & Distribution Sales) to spearhead our commercial footprint across Singapore and Vietnam. This is a revenue-owning, builder role designed for a strategic sales hunter who excels at identifying, negotiating, and scaling high-yield distributor networks in the premium skincare and beauty care sectors.
You will own the entire B2B sales lifecycle - from aggressive market mapping and partner acquisition to complex margin structuring and joint commercial planning. Working hand-in-hand with the CEO, your core mission is to convert untapped markets into high-performing, multi-million dollar distribution channels

Key Responsibilities
B2B Channel Acquisition: Hunt, evaluate, and sign top-tier beauty and skincare distributors in Singapore and Vietnam to maximize market penetration.
Omni-Channel Development: Secure dominant placement across diversified beauty channels, including premium department stores, health & beauty chains (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, Sephora), professional aesthetics clinics, and major e-commerce marketplaces.
Commercial Structuring: Lead high-value contract negotiations, establishing optimized distributor margins, exclusivity terms, strict pricing policies, and aggressive Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs
).
Revenue & Sell-Through Optimization: Drive distributor accountability through rigorous forecasting, monthly Joint Business Reviews (JBRs), and KPIs tied directly to sell-in and sell-out metrics.
Market Entry & Go-To-Market (GTM): Architect and execute aggressive localized sales and distribution strategies tailored to the distinct retail landscapes of Singapore and Vietnam.
Channel Conflict Management: Establish and police cross-border pricing strategies to protect brand equity and maintain healthy profit margins across all distribution partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with trade marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless inventory flow, localization of sales collateral, and high-impact product launches.
Requirements
Commercial Sales Track Record: 7+ years of proven success in international sales, B2B distribution management, or export sales within the skincare, cosmetics, or premium beauty industries.
Established Beauty Network: An active, established beauty care distributors, retail category managers, and trade partners across Singapore and Vietnam.
Deal Closing Capabilities: Demonstrated expertise in personally executing, structuring, and closing complex, long-term cross-border distribution agreements.
Financial & Data Literacy: Strong capability in commercial modeling, price-tier structuring, profit-and-loss (P&L) analysis, and demand forecasting.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly autonomous, results-oriented sales leader who thrives on building commercial pipelines from the ground up in a fast-paced environment
Languages: Professional English proficiency is required; the ability to speak Mandarin and Vietnamese is a distinct commercial advantage for partner management.
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently across the region to conduct retail audits, close distributors, and drive trade activation.
