About the role
This role sits at the centre of agency business development, partnering closely with field teams to drive sales performance, strengthen governance, and enable sustainable growth. It offers the opportunity to shape how business development initiatives, lead conversion, and agency engagement strategies are executed on the ground. By providing data-driven insights, operational support, and capability building, the role directly contributes to building a high-performing and compliant agency force. The successful candidate will gain strong exposure to cross-functional stakeholders, transformation initiatives, and sales strategy execution, while developing both analytical and commercial capabilities.
Position Responsibilities
Support implementation of agency business development frameworks and initiatives to drive growth and productivity
Track, analyse, and consolidate performance metrics, including lead generation and conversion outcomes
Coordinate governance and clearance of agency presentations and digital materials
Provide reporting and tracking support for ad-hoc sales initiatives and management reviews
Coach and guide agency stakeholders on SOPs and sales advisory guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency
Requirements
8–10 years of experience in agency business development, with exposure to insurance products or direct sales experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Highly meticulous, with the ability to manage large datasets and multiple priorities
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to work across departments and agency channel
Comfortable with digital tools and platforms; social media exposure is an added advantage
Proactive mindset with willingness to take on new challenges and continuously learn
