About the role

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled and experienced project manager to lead the implementation and management of IT solutions and digital technologies, delivering end-to-end enterprise talent management capabilities to enhance staff experience and productivity. This role will work closely with business owners and users through design thinking to uncover pain points, and design and deliver innovative solutions and improvements that can transform existing business processes and enhance user experiences. Additionally, this role will work closely with internal teams, external vendors and key stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and rollout of new features and enhancements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback, analytics and evolving business needs.

Ensure projects are deliver on-time, within scope and within budget. Identify and mitigate risks to project success and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track.

Oversee resource allocation, ensuring the right skills and personnel are available and assigned to meet project needs.

Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders. Interact with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver IT solutions. Communicate project progress, risks and issues clearly and regularly, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.

Work with technical teams such as architects, UX designers and cybersecurity, to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions, from requirements translation, system integration, testing, software deployment to technical migration and refresh.

Monitor and manage daily operations of IT solutions, ensuring high availability, reliability and timely resolution of incidents or service requests.

Manage project scope changes, or changes and ensure proper documentation, and compliance with IT policies and processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.

At least 3 years of project management experience, preferably in digital transformation initiatives.

Proven experience in the end-to-end Systems Development and Maintenance.

Possesses in-depth specialisations (both broad and deep) and breadth of experience in implementing or supporting enterprise-level systems, and applies this effectively to solve multi-disciplinary problems of a medium scale.

Strong interest and ability to tackle open-ended, complex problems.

Proactive, self -driven individual with excellent analytical skills to navigate and solve multifaceted engineering challenges.

Effective communicator with strong writing skills and strong stakeholder management skills.

Capable of collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
