QA/QC Engineer (Civil & Infrastructure)

Custera O&M Pte. Ltd. specializes in operations and maintenance of civil and infrastructure assets, including rail tunnels, viaducts, and underground structures in Singapore.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality compliance at our project sites. Fresh graduates with a relevant engineering diploma or degree are welcome to apply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and verify that all site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and Project Quality Plan
Issue and manage Non-Conformance Reports(NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions with site teams
Prepare and submit Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and material submissions
Arrange and coordinate concrete testing, material testing, and authority submissions
Maintain quality records, registers, and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
Support internal and external quality audits
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification
Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications or internship experience are welcome to apply
Meticulous, detail-oriented, and strong in documentation
Good coordination and communication skills with site teams and consultants
