The Delivery Service Partner (DSP) program is an integral part of fulfilling customers’ orders in the last mile space. The program gives entrepreneurs an opportunity to develop a successful package delivery business with low startup costs and access to Amazon's technology and logistics experience. To develop the DSP program, the DSP Shared Services Account Coordinator works closely with a team of Business Development Managers to source and onboard DSPs. The DSP Account Coordinator is an integral partner in managing sourcing and onboarding activities from application vetting to final interview management, supporting entrepreneurs in creating their new company and the onboarding process in our system. To fulfill these tasks the DSP Account Coordinator can build trusting relationship with our external DSP candidates, identifying qualified candidates and accompanying them throughout the sourcing and onboarding funnel. To deliver great candidate experience, the DSP Account Coordinator has great communication skills, the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoys the challenge of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. To meet our targets, the DSP Account Coordinator uses software tools (Excel, Outlook, Salesforce) and has a keen eye to deliver their goal in form of candidate experience and quality within set deadlines. Key job responsibilities

Application review & vetting: Review and evaluate incoming applications

Candidate screening: Conduct structured candidate screenings

Interview scheduling & coordination: Own interview scheduling across multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional candidate experience

Pipeline tracking & data integrity: Maintain accurate, real-time candidate records within applicable tracking systems

Candidate communication: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for candidates throughout the lifecycle

End-to-end onboarding execution: Manage the full administrative lifecycle of onboarding for approved candidates: from offer acceptance through operational launch

Learning content updates: Perform regular reviews and updates of existing DSP Acquisition–related materials to ensure alignment with current policies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint)

Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish

Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent

Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organization
